charged event filled with anxiety, hopeful dreams and sometimes
disappointments after moving in. By getting a home inspection, your
disappointment may be avoided or minimized if you know the true

Our certified home inspector will
examine your property from top to bottom. All of our inspection check
lists are VA, FHA, and HUD compliant and we can even do a 1 yr Warranty
home inspection, if your new home is reaching that crucial point.
All Homes will also receive a FREE 8 point laser
check of the foundation to help evaluate any foundation related issues
that may have developed. If significant discrepancies are found
then a structural engineer will be recommended to design any needed
plans or estimates of repair. Please note: 99% of
home inspectors DO NOT laser check foundations for
problems, this is an exclusive service provided by Austin Structural
Inspections.

Usually the Home Buyer is limited from 5 to 10
days to get a home inspection. We highly recommend that you schedule it
as quickly as possible. Often times you may need to get quotes or bids
from other professionals as a result of what we find.
This will also take additional time so don't put yourself in the
situation of being rushed. Hasty decisions are never a good idea.
Austin Structural home inspections prides itself on its
availability with a 12 hour notice. Our Service is available 6 days a
