Referral Rewards are our way of saying THANK YOU to those who have supported us and we've learned it is a great way of giving back to our community.

The Referral Rewards Program is offered to anyone that wants to participate and is 100% impartial in our services. The program is simple and allows you to earn back your complete property inspection fee. But you don’t have to stop there. You can keep earning money each time you refer someone to us for a property inspection. It's easy! When you hear your friends and colleagues discussing the purchase of a home, simply tell them about Austin Structural's great Home Inspection Services.

Austin Structural offers two levels of rewards, one for individuals who refer us and the other for well respected, reputable organizations within our community.

Here’s how it works:

Customer Based Referral Rewards Program

1. Tell your family, friends, and anyone buying or selling a home to call us for their inspection needs and tell them to mention your name.
2. After scheduling and completing any one of our inspection packages, we will contact you via email to find out which eGift Card you prefer, and send you your reward.
3. No step 3!  Yes, It's that easy!

There is No Limit to how many rewards you can receive! Keep referring and keep getting paid! Choose from one of the following:


      

Organization Based Referral Rewards Program

This program is similar to our Client Based Referral Rewards Program. Members of participating organizations will  be able to generate funds for their respective organizations by using our services.

1. The organization must register to participate in this program by calling us at (512) 751-5199 or by emailing us at larson@austinstructural.com.

2. Tell your members, customers and anyone buying or selling a home to call us for their inspection and tell them to mention your organization.
3. After scheduling and completing any one of our inspection packages, we will mail a check made out to the name of the organization.  There are no limits to the amount that an organization can earn!

The money can be used to help fund the initiatives of the organizations involved.

This program is ideal for: * charities * youth sports programs * church organizations * community groups

Austin Structural Home Inspection Services operates ethically and adheres to and strictly upholds the Code of Ethics of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Texas Association of Home Inspectors (TAREI) and therefore will not create a “conflict of interest”.

To eliminate all conflicts of interest, and to be 100% impartial in our services, real estate agents, brokers and any and all parties involved in the sale or transaction or that may have a vested interest in the inspected property are not eligible for the referral gift. You must be completely neutral in your referrals to qualify. However, even though you may not be eligible we still greatly appreciate any and all referrals!

Referral Rewards Programs Terms & Conditions

1. There is a limit of one $20 eGift Card or $20 community organization check
referral reward per referred inspection address.
2. Referral rewards will only be issued to the referring person or organization
and will not be forwarded to anyone else.
3. Due to the potential Conflict of Interest, real estate agents brokers and any
and all parties involved in the sale or transaction or that may have a vested
interest in the inspected property are not eligible for the referral gift.
4. We reserve the right to change or cancel the Referral Rewards Programs at
anytime without notice.
5. Referral Rewards are only paid on full home inspection packages upon completion of the home inspection.
6. No one can one refer themselves.
7. Void where prohibited by law or violating any code of ethics.
