Sprinkler System Check

FREE Sprinkler system checks with your home inspection (Up to 10 zones).  We check the control panels, zone, and head functions, water pressure, and coverage of the installed sprinkler systems.  Please note that larger properties with more than 10 sprinkler zones will add $20.00 to the cost of the inspection.

Technicia Pro 2000 Zip Level

Foundation Zip Level Check

A full compu-level check of the foundation using the Technidia ZipLevel PRO-2000 Precision Altimeter. This service is provided by LESS than 1% of all inspectors because it is NOT required by current Standard of Practice! Texas soils are unstable so how does the inspector you chose intend to verify if the foundation is performing as intended?

thermal-imaging-1

Thermal Imaging

A FREE Flir Infrared Thermal scan of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This technology helps detect moisture issues (even before they become visible to the eye), insulation and air infiltration deficiencies, and electrical component malfunctions. Austin Structural Home Inspection Services is trained and qualified to perform thermal scans in conjunction with your home inspection or as a stand-alone service.

If for whatever reason you feel we have not done a Professional and Thorough Home Inspection for you please tell us at the end of the inspection and we will NOT charge you for our services!

Why us!

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most Austin are professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection required work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you!

Ken Larson's home inspection was professional, thorough, and saved me thousands of dollars. I would definitely use his services again, and I highly recommend him to anyone buying a home or condo in Austin

Kenneth is the best inspector you can find. I've used him for two home purchases now. He's the only one I know of that measures your foundation with a special device to see if it might be shifted too much and therefore the home might not be a good purchase

I'm a REALTOR and I've worked with many inspectors over the years and Ken is one of THE BEST I've ever seen. He is thorough, easy to work with and will explain things to you so that you understand what you're getting

Kenneth Larson was fantastic. I've been a real estate investor, part time, for about 10 years and this was one of the best home inspections I've gotten.
